Dr Amit Javed is an expert Gastrointestinal, Gastrointestinal Cancer, Bariatric/Weight Loss surgeon with over 20 years of experience. He has trained at premier medical institutes of India and abroad.He did his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal; M.S General Surgery and Senior Residency from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh and M.CH Gastrointestinal Surgery from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.He is ECFMG certified and was awarded the FACS degree by The American College of Surgeons in San Francisco, California, USA. He has been and invited faculty at various international & national meetings.He has vast experience of performing surgeries for complex Gastrointestinal/Hepatobiliary diseases, Cancers and Bariatric/Weight Loss surgeries, performing more than 1000 surgeries each year.He is especially skilled in minimally invasive/ laparoscopic surgeries and has been a mentor to many budding surgeon.
